The group finally chose our Supplementary Cementitious Material: Silica Fume. 

 

We split the work for the slides and finished the PowerPoint. We then continued onto presenting the project to the class during the lecture on Wednesday.

 

We additionally discussed the website after the meeting in order to improve it. The "Weekly Progress" tab will now be updated with our email discussions and work we did during the lecture and lab sections of the class. The "Who We Are" tab was also finished at the end of this week.

During the lab period, we finally made our boat. using tinfoil as the frame of the boat, we then made our dough, and followed that up by covering it in dough. We finally froze and baked the boat to simulate hydration in cement.
